Refund policy

Full report (one-time)

If the full report doesn't find anything you can act on, email hello@greatwork.company within 14 days of purchase with the store address and we'll refund the full $39 to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Monitoring and agency subscriptions

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

Charged by mistake?

Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full. Email us with the address you paid with.

What a refund can't depend on

We don't offer refunds based on whether Google approves or reinstates an account, because that decision is Google's alone and we never promise it.
