For stores on Google Shopping

Google names the policy. We name the page.

Find out why Merchant Center flagged your store before you use up your next review request. Listvane reads your store for what Google's Merchant Center policy pages ask for: contact details, return and shipping policies, prices in your product markup, broken pages and leftover template text. You get a score and an issue count in about a minute.

Works with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and custom stores. No account or app install needed to see your score. See what the full report looks like.

Suspended for misrepresentation?

The suspension email names the policy, not the page, and the review reply is the same block of text every time. The report names the page, what we saw on it and how to fix it: a second set of eyes before you ask again.

Changed something recently?

A new theme, an app install, a promo banner left up after the sale, or a feed app rewriting shipping settings. Check the store again before Google's next crawl does.

How it works

  1. Enter your store's address. We read up to 25 public pages, the way a visitor would, and obey your robots.txt.
  2. See your score and issue count. In about a minute you know whether your site is likely to be flagged and how many problems we found.
  3. Get the full report for $39. Every issue, the page it's on, what we saw, the fix for your platform, and the Merchant Center message it can cause. Re-scan for 30 days to confirm your fixes.

22 checks mapped to what Merchant Center reviews

Each check is tied to the Merchant Center issues it can cause, based on Google's own help pages.

Contact information

Shoppers can reach you: a contact page plus at least one direct method (email or phone), with no placeholder details.

Business address

A real business or returns address is shown somewhere a shopper can find it (contact page, footer or policies).

Return and refund policy

A return/refund policy page exists, is linked, and states the return window, item condition, how refunds are paid and how to start a return.

Shipping policy

A shipping/delivery page exists and states costs and delivery times.

Terms of service

A terms of service page exists and is linked.

Privacy policy

A privacy policy page exists and is linked.

About the business

An About page tells shoppers who runs the store.

Consistent business identity

The business name is the same across your site name, structured data and footer, and your site says who the business is.

No placeholder or template text

No lorem ipsum, default theme copy, sample products, "your store name" fields or coming-soon notices anywhere we looked.

Claims and pressure tactics

No unverifiable "as seen on" or medical claims, guaranteed results, or fake-urgency messages.

Secure connection (HTTPS)

Your homepage, product pages and checkout load over HTTPS, plain http redirects to https, and forms don't post to insecure addresses.

Pages load for visitors

Your homepage and product pages answer with a working page (no errors, no password page, no login wall).

Broken links in your menus

Links in your header and footer lead to real pages, not 404 errors.

Google's crawlers are allowed

Your robots.txt doesn't block Googlebot, Storebot-Google or AdsBot-Google from your homepage or product pages.

Mobile-friendly pages

Pages declare a mobile viewport so they render properly on phones, where most shopping clicks happen.

Customers can buy

Product pages have a working add-to-cart or buy button and the cart page loads securely.

Payment methods shown

Accepted payment methods are visible before checkout.

Product structured data

Each product page has valid Product markup (JSON-LD or microdata) with a name, image and offer.

Price matches the page

The price in your structured data and social meta tags appears on the page itself.

Currency matches

priceCurrency is set, and the currency shown on the page matches it.

Availability matches the page

Offer availability is set with a valid schema.org value and agrees with what the page shows (no "in stock" markup on a sold-out page).

Brand and product identifiers

Product markup includes a brand, and any GTIN (UPC/EAN/ISBN) has a valid check digit.

Questions

Will this get my Merchant Center account reinstated?

No tool can promise that, and we don't. Only Google decides. What we do is show you the website problems that reviews look for, so the review you request is the one where everything is already fixed.

Is this made by Google?

No. Listvane is an independent tool made by Great Work LLC. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We read your public website the same way any visitor can.

Do you need access to my store admin or Merchant Center?

No. You type your store's address and we read its public pages: homepage, contact, about, policies, cart and a few products. There's nothing to install and no login to share.

What do I see before I pay?

Your score out of 100 and how many issues we found, split into what to fix first and what to fix after. The full report lists every issue, the page it's on, what we saw, and the steps to fix it on your platform.

Which platforms does it work with?

Any store with a public website: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and custom builds. Fix steps are written for your platform when we can tell which one you use.

How is this different from the diagnostics in Merchant Center?

Merchant Center tells you which policy you broke, usually without saying where. We go page by page on your site and point at the exact thing: the missing return window, the placeholder email, the price that doesn't match the markup.

What if the report doesn't help?

If the full report doesn't find anything you can act on, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Check your store before the next review
