Terms of service

These terms cover Listvane, a service of Great Work LLC (651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA). By running a scan or buying a plan you agree to them. Last updated 2026-10-08.

What the service does

We read the public pages of a website you point us at and report on things that commonly cause problems in Google Merchant Center reviews. The report is information, not legal advice, and it isn't a guarantee: we can't see your Merchant Center account or product feed, and only Google decides whether an account is approved, warned, suspended or reinstated.

Independence

Listvane is an independent tool made by Great Work LLC. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC.

Your use

Scan stores you own, manage, or are evaluating for legitimate business reasons. Don't use the service to overload, probe or attack a website. We rate-limit scans and may refuse or block abusive use.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time reports are charged once. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the billing portal. See the refund policy.

Report links

Reports are reached through private links. Anyone with a link can view that report, so share links with care. You can ask us to delete a report at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Great Work LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
