What it usually looks like on a store
The usual culprits are a reviews or SEO app printing an old price into the structured data, a sale price shown on the page but not in the markup, or a currency-conversion app showing a different currency than the one in your feed.
What Google says
Googlebot crawls landing pages and compares the price in your product data with the price on the page or in structured data. A mismatch can get the product disapproved and may lead to account suspension. Googlebot reads the HTML returned by the server, so prices injected with JavaScript after load can trigger the error, and crawlers may see a different price or currency than users.

How to fix it
Based on Google's help pages, in plain language:
- Update the price in the product data to match the website, using the right currency for the target country.
- If the page shows multiple currencies, make the product data match the prominently displayed price and currency.
- Check structured data with the Rich Results Test; make sure bots and users see the same price.
- For sale prices, set sale_price_effective_date and the time zone correctly.
- Schedule frequent uploads or use the Merchant API so prices update automatically.
- Request a website check.
What to check on your website
These are the checks we run that relate to this issue. A problem in any of them can be enough on its own.
- Price matches the page: The price in your structured data and social meta tags appears on the page itself.
- Currency matches: priceCurrency is set, and the currency shown on the page matches it.
- Product structured data: Each product page has valid Product markup (JSON-LD or microdata) with a name, image and offer.
Requesting a review
Googlebot automatically re-crawls disapproved products over the next few hours or days. After fixing, you can request a website check to speed up reapproval (otherwise an automatic review happens later). Google may take up to 12 hours to review the website and no new request can be submitted during that period. Requesting a check requires a verified and claimed website. If the issue persists you can select I disagree with the issue and Request review; in some cases there is a stated limit on how many reviews you can request.
